Definitions and methodology The data are based on the location of oranization's main office. Many organizations have offices in more than one county and these other offices are not included in the data. E.g. in Hiiu county there are no main offices of oranizations, but there are still workplaces that belong to the network of Health Promoting Workplaces.
If an institution ceases to operate, merges with another under common management, or due to an administrative reform, the county/city in which the institution is located changes, the change is made in the statistical table according to the year in which the institution joined the network.
