The dataset contains an overview of services delivered by harm reduction centres in Estonia. Data are presented over time by quarter and shown by region, including indicators related to needle exchange, visits, numbers of new and repeat clients, and counselling activities. The dataset enables harm reduction indicators to be examined regionally in order to monitor service availability and use across areas. The purpose of collecting harm reduction statistics is to support the reduction of health risks related to high-risk behaviour and to support service planning and evaluation.
