The dataset provides an overview of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and embryo transfer-related procedures in Estonia. Data are presented for 2011-2013 and include the number of IVF procedures, the number of embryo transfer procedures, and the number of embryos transferred (including a distinction between fresh and frozen embryos), as well as a distribution by the number of embryos transferred per procedure (1, 2, or 3 embryos). The dataset enables analysis of these indicators by age group to describe the use of procedures across different ages. The purpose of data collection is to support monitoring of time trends and practice changes in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and to provide input for health service planning and evaluation. Data source: National Institute for Health Development. Statistics of ART starting from 2014 can be found in datasets KV10-KV14.
