One person can work under different occupations and/or different counties, thus 'Total personnel in the provision of dental care services' is not equal to sum of all the occupations and all counties. One person is included in every occupation and every county, where he/she works, but only once in 'Total personnel in the provision of dental care services'.

The dataset provides an overview of health care personnel involved in dental care services, full-time equivalent employment and overtime hours. The data are presented by year, occupation, group of occupation and health care provider's location county. From 2013, the time period for data is November. The purpose of the statistical report is to provide an overview of the age and sex distribution of health care employees and their workload by occupational group, for statistical use and aggregated reporting. Indicators are presented as absolute numbers and rates per 100,000 population. One person may be counted in multiple occupations; therefore, sums across breakdowns may not equal the overall total.
