The dataset provides an overview of the distance to the child with whom contact is most frequent among the 50+ population in Estonia. The data are presented over time and broken down by difficulties with household tasks, indicator (number, percentage) and distance to the child’s place of residence. The dataset enables comparisons across household-task difficulty groups and monitoring differences between distance categories. The purpose is to support monitoring of functioning and support networks and inform assessment of need for assistance.
