The dataset describes the existence of long-term illness or health issue among the 50+ population in Estonia. Data are presented by year and as indicators (number and percentage) by the existence of a long-term illness/health issue. The dataset enables comparisons by health self-assessment. The purpose is to monitor links between perceived health and chronic health problems and support planning of services and prevention.
